Very friendly small place Large list of salads and sandwiches all handmade. I had the apple chicken salad and surprise they actually put fresh cooked chicken on top it was delicious. My wife had a cranberry turkey sandwich on fresh bread just delicious. The smoothies are good too and the prices are small town wonderful. Park Rapids is a wonderful place to visit.

Delicious assortment of fresh, healthy food on the menu all made in house. It was hard to choose what to get! Great place for a quick, healthy bite to eat and very friendly staff.
